How We Handle Your Wedding Photos & Films
As a premier boutique studio, our business thrives on showcasing real love stories. However, we always respect our couples' comfort and privacy:
- Portfolio & Social Showcases: We may showcase curated highlight photographs and video reels on our website and official Instagram (@immaculate_studio_cbe).
- Strict Private / NDA Weddings: If you prefer complete digital privacy or an NDA (non-disclosure) agreement where no images are published online, you can request this during contract finalization.
- No Third-Party Sale: We never sell, license, or transfer your wedding photos or video files to stock photo websites, advertisers, or third parties.
How We Protect Your Raw Footage
Immediately following each wedding day, our cinema cards are backed up onto dual high-speed solid-state drives (SSDs) and stored in redundant RAID archival storage at our Coimbatore headquarters. We maintain raw backups until final delivery to guarantee zero data loss.
